Abstract
Improving the efficiency of industrial service with the ECRS technique aims to focus on reducing the steps and time of the work. Conduct research by studying and collecting data on current service processes with Flow process charts, analyzing development guidelines through brainstorming methods. Analyze the cause of common problems with a fishbone diagram. In summary, the cause of corrective action is the wrong operating procedure or lack of appropriate improvement. How to perform excessive work or redundant work and there is no operational support system, including service provision. ECRS techniques are used to improve operational processes, combine and simplify. Then, compare the operational steps with process flow charts before and after the improvement. It was found that before the improvement, there were 22 steps in total, with a total time of 128 minutes. After the improvement, it was reduced to 19 steps, with a total time of 88 minutes. Service efficiency increased by 46.15%
