Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to develop and evaluate the quality of a video content for public relations of a company profile using Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle storytelling technique 2) to evaluate viewers’ perception and 3) to evaluate the viewers’ satisfaction towards the video content for public relations with the company profile. The research tools include the video content for public relations for Whiteline Activation Company Limited using Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle storytelling technique, quality assessment form, perception assessment form, and satisfaction assessment form. Data were collected from a purposively chosen sample of 30 current Whiteline Activation Company Limited employees who have worked for more than 1 year and were willing to complete the questionnaires. The outcome of the research was a 3 minutes long video clip of Whiteline Activation Company Limited using Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle storytelling technique for Public Relations activity. The results of the evaluation by experts found that there was the content quality assessment result at a good level (𝑥̅ = 4.38, S.D. = 0.58), the media presentation quality assessment was at a very good level (𝑥̅ = 4.61, S.D. = 0.50), the result of sample’s perception was at the highest level ( 𝑥̅ = 4.70, S.D. = 0.58), and the result of sample’s satisfaction was at the highest level ( 𝑥̅ = 4.62, S.D. = 0.57). Therefore, the developed media can be used effectively.
