Abstract

The purposes of the study were 1)to develop the activity sets on Smart Communication and Coordination on Personal Identities for of King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi Staffs. 2) to find the quality of the activity sets on Smart Communication and Coordination on Personal Identities for of King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi Staffs. 3) to compare achievements before and after learning through the activity set. 4) to study learners satisfaction towards learning with the activity set. The sample used in the study, researcher choses the King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi Staff. These include professors and researchers of KMUTT, durational developer or staff of KMUTT  who registered in the activity sets on Smart Communication and Coordination on Personal Identities for of King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi Staffs and be working for the university 104 persons. 

The results of research showed 1) the activity sets on Smart Communication and Coordination on Personal Identities for of King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi Staffs, consisting of 3 Units, These include unit 1:Individual differences, unit 2 Communication skills with DISC model and unit 3: Project to apply the DISC model to solve communication problems. 2) The results of the activity set assessment by 3 experts, content’s quality was in a very good level (=4.75, S.D.=0.44), quality of language was in a very good level                 ( = 4.63, S.D.=0.49) While quality of media presentation was in a very good level (=4.63, S.D.=0.47) 3) When we brought achievements of the sample to comparative analysis to determine the statistical differences before and after experiment by using t-test dependent. The results of achievements were statistically significant difference at the level .05. In conclusion developed  the activity sets increased the leaners’ achievements. 4) the learners’ satisfaction assessment result was at the highest level ( = 4.58, S.D.=0.59).
