Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop the internship and co-operative education process in an online format and evaluate students' satisfaction with services from divisions in the administrative cooperation project within the media art and media technology curriculum At King Mongkut's University Of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). This includes internship and co-operative education in 3 curriculums for the bachelor of technology (medical and science media), bachelor of fine arts: media arts, and bachelor of science: media technology. Opinions on 2 aspects were evaluated: 1) service personnel and 2) service processes and procedures. Administrative cooperation in media art and media technology curriculum, school of architecture and design, KMUTT The population in this research consisted of year 2023 students (3rd – 4th years student) in the administrative cooperation in media art and media technology curriculum, school of architecture and design, KMUTT which consist of 193 students. The sample group comprised 50 students selected from this population. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, and data on service personnel and service processes were collected. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation were employed for statistical analysis. The research results revealed that; 1. The majority of students, a total of 35 people, representing 70%, expressed a preference for the internship and co-operative education process in an online format. 2. Students from the bachelor of fine arts: media arts were highly satisfied with the service processes and procedures, constituting the majority at 54%. Meanwhile, students from the bachelor of science: media technology expressed moderate satisfaction at 40%. 3.. Students from the bachelor of technology: medical and science media reported very high satisfaction with service personnel, comprising the majority at 36%. Conversely, students from the bachelor of science: media technology showed moderate satisfaction with service personnel at 30%.
