Abstract
This research aimed to develop an electronic book that integrates QR code technology and online training, titled "Basic Customer Data Analysis of Financial Institutions.". The objectives included surveying the demand, developing, and evaluating the quality of the e-book, examining the training effectiveness, and assessing the satisfaction of the sample group. The sample group consisted of new employees at Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited with less than one year of work experience in 2022, selected conveniently through accidental sampling, totaling 30 participants. The study also involved the participation of nine experts specializing in content, media, measurement, and evaluation. Data collection utilized questionnaires, and statistical analysis involved mean scores, standard deviation, and t-tests. The results indicated a high level of demand for e-book among the sample group (X̅ = 4.50, S.D. = 0.61). Expert evaluations rated the content quality as good (X̅ = 4.29, S.D. = 0.63) and the media quality as very good (X̅ = 4.68, S.D. = 0.47). The training achievement test revealed a statistically significant increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores at the .05 level (t-test = 12.46). Furthermore, the sample group expressed the highest level of satisfaction (X̅ = 4.56, S.D. = 0.58). In conclusion, the developed electronic book integrating QR code technology and online training for basic customer data analysis in financial institutions demonstrated high quality and practical applicability.
