Abstract
This research aims to find factors of utility in online learning for undergraduate students during the covid-19 crisis. The samples were 307 undergraduate students at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, obtained by simple random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire with 20 utility variables. The data were analyzed by factor analysis.The research found that there are 4 factors in online learning utility: (1) Economic aspect, (2) Social aspect, (3) Learning and Teaching aspect, and (4) Achievement aspect.
