Application Prototyping for Quality Assessment

Increased customer demand has a significant impact on boosting the production volume of products. Ensuring the quality of products to meet standards is crucial for building customer confidence. The objective of this research is to reduce the time and redundant steps involved in assessing the quality of workpieces by utilizing why-why analysis to analyze the root causes of problems and design solutions through ECRS. This is achieved by creating an application for quality assessment, with interviews used to gather information about user needs. In summary, the research results indicate that time and redundant steps can be minimized by improving the documentation of data recording and by implementing quality control measures in accordance with standardization.
