Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to develop and evaluate the quality of digital content kit for public relations of the project “Paper- Cycle Separate, Exchange & New” on Social Media of MCOT Plc. , 2) to assess the perception, and 3) to assess the satisfaction of the sample group towards digital content kit for public relations of the project “Paper- Cycle Separate, Exchange & New” on Social Media of MCOT Plc. The research tools used in this study were consisted of quality evaluation form for content and media presentation, perception assessment form, and satisfaction assessment form. The sample group permanent and temporary employees of MCOT Plc. , who had watched digital content and were willing to answer the questionnaires. 30 of these people were chosen using purposive sampling method. There were the experts who evaluated the content and presentation media. The statistic methods used for analyzing data were standard deviation.The results indicated that the evaluation by experts in the quality assessment of the content was at the highest level (𝑥̅= 4.86, S.D. = 0.36). The quality assessment of media presentation was at the highest level (𝑥̅= 4.70, S.D. = 0.47). The sample’s perception evaluation result was at the highest level (𝑥̅= 4.74, S.D. = 0.51) and the sample’s satisfaction evaluation result was at the highest level (𝑥̅= 4.66, S.D. = 0.53). In conclusion, the digital content kit for public relations of the project “Paper- Cycle Separate, Exchange, New” on Social Media of MCOT Plc. can be used effectively.
