Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the motion graphic media to promote awareness of portfolio creation for high school students 2) to evaluate the quality of motion graphics media to promote awareness of portfolio creation for high school students 3) to evaluate the perception of the samples towards the motion graphics media to promote awareness of portfolio creation for high school students 4) to evaluate the satisfaction of the samples towards the motion graphics media to promote awareness of portfolio creation for high school students. The research tools consisted of 1) motion graphic media developed 2) the quality assessment form in content and presentation media 3) the perception assessment form 4) the satisfaction assessment form. Data were collected from a sample group, who were the high school students at Chaeng Ron Wittaya School by simple random sampling method from high school students who viewed the motion graphic media to promote awareness of portfolio creation for high school students , participated in ECT ROADSHOW event, and willing to answer the questionnaire for 40 people. The statistics used for data analysis include the mean and standard deviation. The development result has yielded a motion graphics presentation lasting 6.47 minutes on the topic of creating a portfolio. The results of the evaluation by experts found that there was the content quality assessment result at a good level ( = 4.33, S.D. = 0.58), the presentation media quality assessment was at a good level ( = 4.22, S.D. = 0.54), the results of the perception assessment of the sample group were at a high level (= 4.43, S.D. = 0.78), and the satisfaction assessment results of the sample group were at a high level ( = 4.34, S.D. = 0.71) Therefore, the development of motion graphic media to promote awareness of portfolio creation for high school students can be used practically.
