Abstract
The surveying of Phraeksa landfill area to make a map to assess the volume in the garbage dump. With geography which has the appearance of a high hill Therefore, aerial photography technology has been applied in surveying work. The objective of this research is to focus on studying appropriate aerial photography formats. Using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) to take aerial photographs. And there is a real time kinetic survey (RTK) to survey the location of ground control points. and checkpoints are 9 and 14 points, respectively. Two flight patterns are set as 45 degree camera angle, double grid flight and 90 degree, grid flight. Then take the photographic data and processing with Agisoft Metashape program. Results of the study found that a 45 degree camera angle’s map had higher accuracy than from a 90 degree camera angle’s map, indicating a significant difference in accuracy between the grid and double grid formats. The double grid format grid gives better results When compared to the ASPRS 2014 standard, it showed that map obtained from a 45 degree camera angle are suitable for use in standard mapping and GIS work.
