Abstract
Recently, the development of personal digital skills is crucial in both the education sector and the
industry sector, especially under the "new normal" conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic that leads to
significant changes in people's daily behaviors and emerging the use of technology have emerged. This
research aims to investigate the learning achievement of developing digital skills and essential life skills, as
well as the satisfaction of learners engaged in blended learning under specific circumstances. The main goal
is to enhance data utilization skills, contributing to increased competitiveness in the business sector. The
research develops two learning modules including (1) valuing data usage for digital business operation and
developing individual perspectives on data usage (2) using data for decision-making in business operation. This learning process adopts a blended learning based on the 10:20:70 model, which includes self-paced
learning through E-learning videos, virtual classroom, and project-based learning with continuous guidance
provided by expert instructors. The research will be implemented and tested with a group of 23 participants,
for 3 months. The participants came from various industries, including chemical, petrochemical, and food
industries. Self-assessment, pre- and post-program quizzes, and observations by expert instructors were then
collected. The study's results indicated that after the training, participants significantly improved their
proficiency in both learning modules, with statistically significance at .05. In addition, they scored the high
level of satisfaction with the learning format since it was an excellent teaching and learning approach. It
involved summarizing and uploading VDO clips for continuous reviewing lesson and the learners were
allowed to learn from anywhere. Moreover, the obtained knowledge and skills could be applied for realworld
projects with expert mentors and facilitators who guided and provided useful advice throughout the
project duration, which was a key factor in helping learners to achieve the project goal.
