Abstract

This research aimed to reduce the self-directed learning (SDL) ability assessment operating time in the self-directed learning training program for King mongkut's university of technology thonburi student and staff. Data collecting, data processing, and individual data presentation were all done using robotic process automation (RPA). The RPA was integrated with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Form, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Outlook. The outcomes demonstrated that the self-directed learning ability assessment's operating time may be reduced from five hours to five seconds by implementing RPA. The process was reported to have good levels of user satisfaction.
