Abstract

The purposes of the study were 1) to develop the program set on Learning Facilitator for parents of
elementary school students In Ratchaburi province. 2) to find the quality of the Program set on Learning
Facilitator for Parents of elementary school students In Ratchaburi. 3) to compare achievements before and
after learning through the Program set. 4) to study learners satisfaction towards learning with the Program
set. The sample used in the study, researcher choses Volunteers for parents of students in grades 4-6 In
Ratchaburi province who registered in the program sets on Learning Facilitator for Parents of elementary
school students In Ratchaburi 30 persons.
The results of research showed 1) received a program set on Learning Facilitator 2 units; 1. listening
communication and learning by learning cards. 2. Projects on applying knowledge to real situations of the
learners themselves 2) the program set on Learning Facilitator for parents of elementary school students
In Ratchaburi province, content’s quality was in a very good level ( x=4.80, S.D. =0.45), quality of language
was in a very good level (x =4.70, S.D.= 0.54) While quality of media presentation was in a very good level
( x=4.40, S.D.=0.52) 3) The results of achievements were statistically significant difference at the level .05
In conclusion developed the activity sets increased the leaners’ achievements. 44) the learners’ satisfaction
assessment result was at the high level (x = 3.78, SD=1.05)
