Results of Using Game Application for Learning Waste Separation for Elementary School Students

The objectives of this research are 1) To study the concepts and principles of the ITIL process and apply them to the provision of leave services. 2) To develop the Leave Application System of Faculty of Humanities, Naresuan University, and 3) To evaluate the satisfaction of the system’s users. The research tools include a leave application system and an evaluation form for the system's performance. The sample group used in the research consists of 53 personnel from the Faculty of Humanities, Naresuan University, selected using a targeted sampling method. The research found 1) a leave application system for the Faculty of Humanities, Naresuan University, in the form of a web application using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL database, and NU Account was used for system login, and linked to the management information system (MIS). The user access privileges were divided into 6 types: Generic users, HR staff, Head of divisions, Head of departments, Associate Deans, and Dean of Faculty of Humanities, Naresuan University. 2) The evaluation of satisfaction found that in the performance evaluation, the system was found to be practical with an average score of 4.24 with standard deviation at 0.37, which is considered very good. In a satisfaction evaluation, both of the calendar system report and continuous use of the system received an average score of 4.80 with standard deviation at 0.41, which is considered very good.
