Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1. To study the management factors of secondary schools under royal patronage in the central region towards excellence 2. To study the relative factors of the history of education under royal patronage in the central region towards excellence 3. To check and confirm the model of causal factors influencing the management of secondary schools under the Royal Patronage. Using a combined research method. The research methods is divided into 3 phases as follows: Phase 1: study documents and interview experts; Phase 2: analyze causal factor models and empirical data on the management of secondary schools under the Royal Patronage towards excellence; Phase 3: examine and Confirm model The sample group used was 505, using a stratified random sampling method. The tool used was a questionnaire created by the researcher and analyzed for content. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency and percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and path analysis. The research results found that: 1) The level of management factors of secondary schools under royal patronage in the central region towards overall excellence is at a high level. When considering each aspect in order from most to least as follows: strategic planning Results-oriented management knowledge management Stakeholder focus Leaders have a vision. and executive leadership, respectively; 2) Model of causal factors influencing the management of secondary schools under the Royal Patronage Central region towards excellence It is consistent with empirical data by strategic planning leadership have a vision. Results-oriented management has a direct influence. As for The leadership of executives, it has a direct influence and indirect influence through strategic planning leadership have a vision. Results-oriented management, stakeholderfocused knowledge management. As for focusing on stakeholders, there are direct Influence and indirect influences through strategic planning for knowledge management. There is an indirect influence through visionary leadership; 3) Examination and confirmation of the causal factor model that influences the management of secondary schools under the Royal Patronage in the Central Region towards excellence. It was found that the leadership of administrators Stakeholder focus knowledge management strategic planning Leaders have a vision. And results-oriented management in all 6 factors is appropriate, possible, correct and beneficial to use in all components.
