Abstract
The purposes of the research were 1) to develop the video content for public relations of body donation to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital using Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle storytelling technique, 2) to evaluate the quality of the video content developed, 3) to evaluate the perception of the samples towards the video content developed, and 4) to evaluate the satisfaction of the samples towards the video content developed. The research tools included 1) the video content for public relations of body donation to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital using Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle storytelling technique, 2) the quality assessment form, 3) the perception assessment form, and 4) the satisfaction assessment form. Data were collected from a sample group of the 4th year students from the Department of Educational Communications and Technology, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, in the second semester of the academic year 2023, conducted using a simple random sampling method by drawing from a list of student names. These 50 students were exposed to the video content and were willing to answer the questionnaires. The results of this research developed video content for public relations of body donation to Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital using Simon Sinek's Golden Circle storytelling technique. The video was 4 minutes and 50 seconds long. The results of the evaluation by experts found that the content quality assessment was at a very good level (x̄̄ = 4.58, S.D. = 0.50), the media presentation quality assessment was at a good level (x̄̄ = 4.25, S.D. = 0.65), the result of the sample’s perception was at the highest level (x̄̄ = 4.81, S.D. = 0.41), and the result of the sample’s satisfaction was at the highest level (x̄̄ = 4.64, S.D. = 0.52). Therefore, the development of video content for public relations of body donation to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital using Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle storytelling technique can be used practically.
