Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) develop of online learning media for Advanced Photography Course, 2) evaluate the quality of contents, media and presentation of online learning media for Advanced Photography Course, 3) compare learning achievement on Advanced Photography Course before and after study with the online learning media for Advanced Photography Course, and 4) study students satisfaction with the online learning media for Advanced Photography Course. The samples of this research consisted of 40 third-year students from the Educational Technology and Communications course, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology. The instruments included 1) online learning media for an Advanced Photography Course, 2) Content and Media Quality Assessment and Presentation, 3) learning achievement of Advanced Photography Course, and 4) satisfaction assessment form concerning online learning media for Advanced Photography Course. Percentage, mean, and SD were used for data analysis. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used for comparison of the means between the pretest and posttest. The findings are revealed as follows. First, the developed online learning media for an Advanced Photography Course included 6 learning units. As for the pretest-posttest, students who got post-test scores over the 70% criteria would receive a certificate to certify that they passed the course. Furthermore, an advantage of the developed online learning media is that, despite students’ completion of the course, they can reload the content in the VDOs by selecting their preferred topics for review. Further, the content quality of the media was excellent ( = 4.59). The quality of media and presentation was also excellent ( = 4.69). Regarding the comparison of achievement among the samples, the posttest mean was significantly higher than the pretest (p < .05). 4). As for the results of the satisfaction survey, the samples were most satisfied with the online learning media ( = 4.51).
