Abstract
The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop and
evaluate the quality of a learning media package in conjunction with a
training program; 2) evaluate the quality of the training program; 3)
compare pre- and post-training performance of the participants; 4)
develop coaching skills; and 5) assess the satisfaction of the sample
group towards the learning media package and training program. The
sample group consisted of 26 second-year undergraduate industrial
teacher students from the Faculty of Industrial Education and
Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, enrolled
in the Curriculum for learning management in the first semester of the
academic year 2024. The participants were selected through using simple
random sampling, by drawing lots from one class. The results of the study
found that: 1) The results of the development and quality of the used
media set 1.1 The results of the development of the used media set,
including e-books, posters, PowerPoint media in infographic form and
question cards leading to the GROW Model 1.2 The results of the content
quality assessment were at a very good level (x̅= 4.85, SD = 0.26).
The results of the used media quality assessment were at a good level
(x̅= 4.50, SD = 0.49). 2) The results of the training program quality assessment were at a very good level (x̅= 4.64, SD = 0.35). 3) The
achievement scores after training were higher than before training, with
statistical significance at the .05 level. 4) The results of the coaching skill
development of the sample group were at a good level (x̅= 4.00, SD = 0.00).
5) The results of the satisfaction assessment were at a high level (x̅= 4.40,
SD = 0.65). Therefore, development of learning media kits with training
on coaching skills using the flipped classroom concept for undergraduate
students in industrial engineering in the curriculum of learning
management, curriculum development subject, can be applied in real practice with quality
