Abstract
This study aimed to enhance problem-solving skills through experiential learning. The target group
consisted of four key individuals from an agricultural learning center in Chom Bueng District, Ratchaburi Province,
who possessed experience in community development and knowledge dissemination but sought to improve their
communication methods with learners. The research process was conducted in four phases: problem review,
knowledge provision, practical experimentation, and lesson reflection. Using an experimental approach,
qualitative data were collected through tools such as self-assessment, in-depth interviews, observations, and
focus group discussions.
The findings indicated that participants could clearly identify their roles and challenges, with the primary issue
being the communication of knowledge. A collaborative knowledge communication model was developed and
tested, leading to enhanced communication skills and the successful transfer of knowledge to an additional 15
participants.
The study revealed that experiential learning facilitated three key outcomes for the participants: (1) learning
through experimentation and reflection, (2) creating problem-solving strategies tailored to their community, and
(3) planning for continuous development. This research highlights that experiential learning not only resolves
current challenges but also fosters sustainable readiness for future problems.
