Abstract
This research aimed to 1) develop the series of video content to promote
airport-linked transportation services on the TikTok platform for Transport Co., Ltd.,
2) evaluate the quality of the developed video content, 3) assess the sample's
awareness after viewing the content, and 4) evaluate the sample's satisfaction. The
research instruments included: 1) the video content series promoting airport-linked
transportation services via TikTok, 2) a content and media quality evaluation form,
3) a perception assessment form, and 4) a satisfaction assessment form. The sample
group consisted of 50 followers of the Transport Co., Ltd. TikTok99 account, selected
through accidental sampling using a voluntary lottery method from those
willing to participate. The results showed that, 1) Three video clips were developed
and evaluated by experts, 2) The content quality was rated at a good level ( =
4.17, SD = 0.75), while the presentation quality was rated at a very good level
( = 4.57, S.D. = 0.42), 3) The sample's level of awareness was at the highest
level ( = 4.90, SD = 0.30), and 4) The satisfaction level was also at the highest
level ( = 4.91, SD = 0.29). Therefore, the developed video content series is considered
practical and suitable for promoting airport-linked transportation services
on the TikTok platform for Transport Co., Ltd.
