Abstract
This research aimed to (1) develop an online lesson on Principles of Design Thinking and Digital Business Innovation, (2) examine the quality of the online lesson, (3) compare students’ learning achievement before and after using the online lesson integrated with the flipped classroom approach, and (4) investigate students’ satisfaction with the learning experience. The sample consisted of 28 higher vocational certificate students majoring in Digital Business Technology at Samutprakarn Technical College during the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The purposive sampling method was applied. Research instruments included the online lesson, an achievement test, and a satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and a dependent sample t-test. The results showed that (1) the quality of the online lesson was at a very good level (𝑥̄ = 4.52, S.D. = 0.52); (2) students’ post-test achievement scores were significantly higher than pre-test scores at the .05 level; and (3) students’ satisfaction toward learning with the online lesson and flipped classroom was at the highest level (𝑥̄ = 4.54, S.D. = 0.65). The findings suggest that integrating online learning with the flipped classroom approach enhances students’ learning achievement and satisfaction effectively.
