Abstract

This qualitative study aimed to explore undergraduate students’ reflections on integrated learning that combines Thai communication skills, social sciences, and learning and problem-solving skills. Data were collected from the written reflections of 30 undergraduate students enrolled in the Digital Service Innovation program, School of Information Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The findings revealed that students held positive attitudes toward integrated learning, noting that it helps simplify content, reduce repetitive tasks, promote continuous learning, enhance the ability to apply knowledge, and develop teamwork skills. However, several challenges were identified, including confusion caused by differing assessment criteria among instructors, workloads unsuitable for small groups, and limited consultation time. This study reflects the potential of integrated learning to foster students’ holistic skills, while highlighting the need to improve management and assessment processes to increase learning efficiency.
