Abstract
This research aimed to: (1) develop an online learning management system (LMS)
integrated with the design thinking process on the topic “Web Page Design using Bootstrap”
for third-year vocational certificate students in the Digital Business Technology Department;
(2) study the quality of the developed LMS; (3) compare students’ learning achievement
before and after using the system; (4) evaluate students’ web page design ability; and (5)
assess students’ satisfaction with the LMS integrated with design thinking. The sample group
consisted of 50 third-year vocational certificate students in the Digital Business Technology
Department at Thonburi Commercial College, selected by purposive sampling during the
second semester of the 2025 academic year. Data were analyzed using mean, standard
deviation, percentage, and the t-test.The research findings revealed that: (1) the quality of the
LMS integrated with the design thinking process was rated at a very high level
(𝑥̅ = 4.61, S.D. = 0.39); (2) students’ post-test learning achievement scores were significantly
higher than their pre-test scores at the 0.05 level of significance; (3) students’ web page design
ability after learning through the system was at a very high level; and (4) students’ satisfaction
with the LMS was at the highest level (𝑥̅ = 4.61, S.D. = 0.39).
