Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop an activity-based learning process through online
media to enhance creative thinking skills in motion graphics production for vocational certificate students;
2) to examine the efficiency of the developed activity-based learning process delivered through online
media in promoting creative thinking skills in motion graphics production for vocational certificate students;
and 3) to compare the learning achievement in motion graphics production of vocational certificate students
before and after learning through the activity-based learning process via online media. The sample consisted of 30 first-year vocational certificate students from Wiang Sa Industrial and Community Education College, Surat Thani province, in the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The participants were selected by purposive sampling from one classroom. The research instruments included: 1) an activity-based learning management plan consisting of one lesson plan for the motion graphics course, 2) a creative thinking ability assessment form, and 3) a learning achievement test. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, frequency, and percentage. The results of the study revealed that the quality of the online media was at a very good level, with a mean score of 4.64. The average score of creative thinking ability was 22.53, representing 75.10%, and 26 students (86.66%) met the established criteria. The efficiency of the online media was 84.89/88.44, which was higher than the specified criterion of 80/80. When
comparing learning achievement before and after instruction, it was found that the students’ learning
achievement increased by 64.11%, which was higher than 60% at the .05 level of statistical significance. In
conclusion, the activity-based learning process through the developed online media effectively enhanced
creative thinking skills in motion graphics production for vocational certificate students and significantly
improved their learning achievement.
