Abstract

Multimedia application as interactive storybook has advantages and capabilities for enhancing early literacy development. An interactive storybook design framework support early literacy learning for ethnic minority children is presented in this paper based on reliable literature reviews for educators to necessary understanding in four main categories including multimedia design, interface design, learning design, and cultural design.
