Abstract
This paper proposes utilization of fuzzy cognitive maps (FCM) for modeling educational management. It presents a case study of a Thailand science-based technology school (SBTS). Both qualitative and quantitative analysis based on CIPP model were used to identify critical success factors (CSFs) of the SBTS project. FCM was applied to the CSFs in order to synthesize the SBTS model. The model represents impact of the CSFs and their relationships to one another. Therefore, the proposed model is expected to be an useful tool for the education management in the future. ฉ 2012 IEEE.
