A healthy life is a wish for all people. Nowadays, the nutrition content in food is as much of a concern as the calories provided. An exploration of nutrient-rich food has been continuously carried out in a range of biodiversity. The advanced high-throughput technology that enables us to investigate the intracellular biosynthesis of biomolecules in a living organism increases the opportunity to go beyond the current nutritional food.
