Abstract
This research emphasizes on the worthiness and benefits ofclosed-loop supply chain management application for cosmetic’s fixturemanufacturing by using logistics cost analysis to compare between forward andreverse supply chain. The product costs are compared with sales. Then, theprofit margin is demonstrated in order to identify right product and deliveryzone that contribute the highest profit. The result is NFS002 that are deliveredto the Western region of Thailand can provide the highest return by 60.34%on the forward supply chain and 78.41% on the reverse supply chain. Thissaving accounts for THB 2,040,000. Furthermore, the product recoveryactivities are designed to fit with the reverse logistics of case study companywhich is divided into 5 activities include Product Acquisition, ReverseLogistics, Inspection and Disposition, Remanufacturing Process, andRemarketing. The benefits of closed-loop supply chain managementapplication includes; improving efficiency of Backhaul Logistics, Reducingwaste, as well as promoting environmental image which complies with ISO14040 in term of Life Cycle Assessment.
