Abstract

Open climate is a positive working environment which enhances productivity. In this paper, we studied the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) security factors and explored the importance of each in influencing work climate using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a tool. The experimental result shows that the confidentiality is the most important factor followed by the non-repudiation and privacy. The organizational factors nurturing HRIS's security were also ranked to give insights into managerial concern.
