Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the influence of smart office on innovative working behavior of Gen Y employees in digital industry. Questionnaires were used to collect data from the sample of 300 employees at The Sea Thailand Group. Descriptive statistics included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics was Multiple Regression Analysis at the 0.05 level of statistical significance.The research findings indicate that all of smart office factors (Based Zone, Creative Zone, Concentration Zone, and Refresh Zone) have significantly influence on innovative working behavior at both individual and organizational level. Refresh Zone has mostly positive influence on innovative working behavior at organizational level
