Abstract
The purposes of this research were to compare the analytical thinking learning achievement of Physical Science ( Chemistry) on the atomic structure of non-Science major students high school students before and after learning by using the 5 Steps Learning Process Management (QSCCS) and 5W1H Teaching Methods Technique with those who were taught by traditional teaching method. The samples were 60 non-Science major grade 11 students who were studying in the first semester of academic year 2019 from Bang-Phae pathomphittaya School, Ratchaburi Province, Thailand. The samples were divided into two groups (30 students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group). Research instruments included: 1) lesson plans using the QSCCS and 5W1H Teaching Methods Technique, 2) achievement test and 3) analytical thinking test. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation (S.D.), ttest of independent and dependent types. The research results revealed that 1) after learning, the students' learning achievement had a statistically higher than before at a significance of 0.05 level, and higher than the control group at a significance of 0.05 level and 2) after learning, the students' analytical thinking had a statistically higher than before at a significance of 0.05 level, and higher than the control group at a significance of 0.05 level Furthermore, the sample group had the development of learning and analytical thinking better than the control group. learning development and analytical thinking skills of students learning using the QSCCS and 5W1H Teaching Methods has more development of learning and analytical skills at a level that is better than traditional teaching method
