Abstract

This research and development proposed to develop and find the quality of content sets for public relations titled in MCOT Conservation of Royal Initiative on social media of MCOT Plc. This research evaluated the perception and the satisfaction of the sample. Tools used were 1) content set for public relations titled in MCOT Conservation of Royal Initiative on social media of MCOT Plc. 2) quality evaluation form of content set 3) quality evaluation form of samples perception 4) quality evaluation of samples satisfaction. Data were collected from people who followed MCOT Plc’s Facebook Fanpage: PR MCOT and be willing to corporate in evaluation by 30 persons. The results of the expert evaluation showed that the quality of content evaluation was at a very good level (  = 4.55, S.D. = 0.44) .The results of media quality evaluation was at a good level (  = 4.17, S.D. = 0.42). The perception score was at the highest level (  = 4.56, S.D. = 0.60).  And the satisfaction of the samples was at the highest level (  = 4.59, S.D. = 0.55). Therefore, the development of content set for public relations titled in MCOT Conservation of Royal Initiative on social media of MCOT Plc. can be applied
