Abstract
This research aimed to 1) develop and gain the quality of learning activity of analytical reading Thai by using mapping concept method and six-thinking-hat technique, 2) gain the efficiency of learning activity of analytical reading by Thai mapping concept method and six-thinking-hat technique, 3) compare the learning achievement of grade 7 students by pretest and posttest score, 4) study the satisfaction of the students toward learning activity of analytical reading Thai by using mapping concept method and six-thinking-hat technique. The population of the research was 150 students of Sarasaswitaedsuksa School, Samutprakarn, who were studying in grade 7, second semester, academic year 1015. The samples were 30 students derived from simple random sampling. The data was statistically analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test dependent. The research findings were that 1) the quality of learning activity of analytical reading Thai using mapping concept method and six-thinking-hat technique was at the level of “much” (=4.25,S.D.= 0.50), 2) the efficiency of learning activities of analytical reading by Thai using mapping concept method and six-thinking-hat technique was at 82.07 / 89.83 (E1/E2) which gained the standard efficiency, 3) learning achievement on analytical reading Thai in terms of posttest score was significantly higher than pretest score at the level of .05, 4) the satisfaction of the students who studied through the learning activity of analytical reading by Thai using mapping concept method and six-thinking-hat technique was at the level of “much” (=3.62,S.D.=0.08)
