Abstract
This study was a synthesis of research works and projects to develop interactive multimedia to improve satisfaction of undergraduate students towards university public image. The analysis was done through the use of contents and media presentation quality assessment, the awareness assessment, and the satisfaction evaluation of the sampling groups towards the interactive multimedia to improve satisfaction of undergraduate students towards university public image during 4 years between 2017 and 2020. The findings showed that the organizers analyzed, designed, developed, and evaluated interactive multimedia projects in accordance with the 5 steps of the ADDIE Model. The developed multimedia included posters, leaflets, vinyl media with QR code technology for interaction and video clips. The data were collected from the sampling groups of 30 undergraduate students who were willing to fill out the questionnaire. They were chosen using purposive sampling method. The quality of the contents as assessed by the experts in contents was at a very good level. The quality of the media presentation as assessed by the experts in media presentation was at good and very good levels. The awareness of students after using the interactive multimedia was at high and the highest levels. The satisfaction of the sampling groups was at high and the highest levels. These confirmed the research hypotheses. Therefore, it can be concluded that the interactive multimedia to improve satisfaction of undergraduate students towards university public image were of high quality and could actually be used in a wider context.
