Abstract
This research is intended to study the parameters for surface peeling of SUM23 alloy steel subjected to cold draw up (Cold Drawn), the average hardness was 207. 46 HB. The study found that a microstructure containing manganese sulfide compound allows the steel to be easily cut through the workpiece, and 0. 35 millimeters of depth feed-up process was used, which is classified as a fine winding group, was found to have failed to pass the C-shaped inductor pellet, and the slit angle was 10 degrees, and the escape angle was 7 degrees, and the length of the cutting angle was 9. 6 millimeters. The PF-type fracturing pattern, suitable for fine winding work, was found to have a feed rate of 0.15 mm per lap and a cutting speed of 200 m per minute, would have obtained smooth work surfaces and metal scraps, would have been absent, not long disturbing the work of the crevice, and from the appropriate process, thus shortening the machining time of the cutting tool. It is even more swollen.
