Abstract

This research has applied the concept of artificial intelligence in order to assist the staff of Electrical Technology Education department, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi to give advice to student or people who are interested in studying at this department by developing the ETE Guide chatbot. This ETE Guide chatbot will work with the LINE application. For testing the level of efficiency and the results of users' satisfaction about the chatbot program, data were obtained from an unspecified random sampling of 30  from the first-year student of the Electrical Technology Education department, Academic Year 2020. The results gathered from the application show that the ETE Guide chatbot was able to answer conveniently the user's questions and provide quick answering to introductory questions. The evaluation results were at a very satisfactory level.
