Abstract

This article is a mixed-method study (quantitative and qualitative) focused to explore the correlation, associations, and effects of Rhetorical Triangle as key elements in the 21st Century science communication skills of the STEM undergraduate students (n=282) in a university in Bangkok and in Business's expectation / communication skills needed (n=27). The results verified positive and significant level of Students' communication skills and the needs in Business's expectation to the key elements (Ethos, Logos, and Pathos) towards the requirements in Sale force, Promotion, Public Relations, and Internal Communications in various Business Types. Implications of the study enabling and predict what are for the students to prepare and be a work-ready in communication skills after graduated. © 2021 IEEE.
