Abstract

This project aims to develop and find the quality of video content media for public relations King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi Book Store, and assess the perception and satisfaction of the samples. The tools use in this study consist of content and media quality assessment form, perception assessment form, and satisfaction assessment form towards video content media for public relations King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. The samples use in this study conduct by a purposive sampling method from those who have been members of the KMUTT BOOK STORE Facebook page for at least 1 month and willing to answer a questionnaire of 30 people. The results of which are evaluated by 6 content and media experts. Statistics use to analyze the data were mean and standard deviation. The content quality assessment was at a very good level (𝑥̅= 4.57, S.D. = 0.28). The evaluation of the media quality was at very good level (𝑥̅= 4.53, S.D. = 0.22). The result of the sample’s perceptionwas at high level (𝑥̅= 4.36, S.D. = 0.21). The result of the sample’s satisfaction was at high level (𝑥̅ = 4.40, S.D. = 0.8) . This could be conclude that this developed video content media for public relations King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi Book Store can use as a media with quality.
