Find the Best Shape and Hardness of Rubber Pad used Printed on Plastic PET and PC

The purpose of the Research is to find the quality of the printed on PET plastic and a PC plastic that is using the shape and hardness of different pad rubber. The trial starts from study the data and the process of making a pad rubber, define shape and hardness of a pad rubber that used in the trial. The pad rubber that used in the trial will be split into 3 shapes and each shape can be divided into 3 range of hardness. After that, printed on the PET plastic and PC plastic with plate to test the quality of the printing. A quality test includes the sharpness of the linear, letters, arc, dot screen and the flatness of the print solid. From the trial found that the Cone-Shape rubber with the value of hardness is 15 - 19 shore A produce a best print quality and give the best plastic print quality. The rubber which high apex can provide best image quality and less bubble, this trial will help the pad printing on the PET plastic and PC plastic has the good quality.
