Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop and assess the qualitycontent sets on social media for
public relations the catering business of Krungsri Kitchen 2) to assess the perceived effect of the sample and. 3)to assess the satisfaction of the samples on social media for public relations the catering business of KrungsriKitchen. The instruments used in the study were: 1) the content sets on social media for public relations the catering business of Krungsri Kitchen 2) quality assessment form of content and media presentation 3) perception assessment form of the sample group 4) satisfaction assessment form of the sample group to the content sets on social media. Data was analyzed by chosen followers on Facebook’s page : Halal Krungsri Kitchen and the sample group was 30 people willingly answered the questionnaire. The results of the study were as follows: the researchers developed 4 sets of poster with QR code technology and video clips ,the result of quality assessmentby the experts regard of content was at a very good level (𝑥̅=4.71, S.D. = 0.01) , the result of quality assessment regard of media presentation was at a good level (𝑥̅=4.42, S.D. = 0.10), the result of perception assessment was at the high level (𝑥̅=4.23, S.D. = 0.12), and the result of satisfaction assessment was at the high level (𝑥̅=4.47,S.D. = 0.03), The finding indicated that the developed content sets on social media for public relations the catering business of Krungsri Kitchen could be use with quality .
