Abstract

In addition, interactions between learners also result in knowledge sharing. as a team (Collaboration) and also helps to reinforce learning for learners together as well While the advantages of learning Online is where learners can learn anywhere, anytime and Able to revisit content that is not understood, but Online, it is necessary for learners to have the ability to learn on their own (Self-paced Learning), have learning skills. to learn and to be able to control or motivate self-learning.

Blended-Learning will be a form of education that will occur in the future. that draws out the advantages of Both classroom learning and online learning styles are combined, and the proportions of both can be adjusted. to be appropriate to the context of the learners and the epidemic situation of Covid-19 at that time and to support such blended learning Therefore, this research focuses on the development of the Learning Ecosystem. For blended learning that takes into account both the following elements: 1. Worksheets and educational materials. learning that encourages learners to acquire both knowledge and practice 21st century learning skills at the same time. Creating effective worksheets 3. Parents who have the knowledge to be supporters of learning for their children. 4. System to encourage learners to have the ability to learn on their own (Self-paced Learning) and 5. Communication system. to create interaction between teachers and parents as well as positive reinforcement for students with the objective to study and create Teacher development courses for creating effective worksheets and learning materials by focusing on teachers to study from the problems they encounter and continually improve and develop their own worksheets or learning materials It also has a platform (Platform) used to Create a learning society “Teacher Network” by allowing trained teachers to mentor other teachers, which will lead to Disseminate knowledge continuously and sustainably.

This is because blended learning is essential to the need for more parental support. The second result is the development of parents to have the skills to be supportive of learning, including: understanding listening Empathic Listening, Understanding Your Child's Personality, Positive Communication to Transform Your Child Being a self-learner, for example, if we create a home as a safe area where learners can communicate if they encounter problems or concerns.
