Abstract
The objectives of this research are to study the effectiveness of entrepreneurial leadership characteristics and creative Innovation factors affecting on competitive advantage of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Kanchanaburi and to study the harmony of a model of entrepreneurial leadership characteristics and creative Innovation factors affecting on competitive advantage of SMEs in Kanchanaburi. This research is survey research collecting data from a questionnaire. The questionnaire is developed from a literature review and related research to collect data from 450 sampling entrepreneurs in Kanchanaburi with judgmental sampling. The quantitative data is statistically analyzed, including percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, the relationships between the independent variables, Pearson’s correlation, and structural equation modeling (SEM). The study reveals that the model, which is improved and developed by the researcher, is harmonized with the empirical data with Chi-square = 22.456, df = 20, Chi-square/df = 1.123, P-Value = 0.316, GFI = 0.990, NFI = 0.993, CFI = 0.999, RMSEA = 0.017 and RMR = 0.004. In addition, entrepreneurial leadership characteristics has positive direct effect on the competitive advantage of SMEs in Kanchanaburi and has positive indirect effect on the competitive advantage of SMEs in Kanchanaburi passing through the creative Innovation factors. This research can be applied in planning entrepreneur development to have knowledge, ability, and potential according to the needs and changes in the future.
